Leadership
During high school, I had the opportunity to join the organizing team for Sollertia, our school’s annual art event, where I was chosen to lead a segment called “6th Extinct.” It was my first experience heading an entire event, and I took complete responsibility for its planning and execution. For nearly a month, I dedicated several hours each day after school—coordinating with teachers, gathering supplies, arranging exhibits, and ensuring every detail was in place. I worked closely with my peers, learning to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, and stay adaptable under pressure. Managing multiple moving parts taught me the importance of teamwork and calm decision-making. On the day of the event, everything ran seamlessly, and the positive feedback from both students and teachers was incredibly rewarding. Leading “6th Extinct” not only strengthened my leadership and organizational skills but also showed me the power of collaboration in turning creative ideas into reality.
